Owned by Smilde Foods of Oosterwolde, in the North of Holland, Fano is equivalent to a choice range of chilled, fresh salads and sauces. Potato Salads: traditional meets contemporary

For our potato salads, we use the finest locally grown, fresh, waxy potatoes. Your customers can enjoy a salad with a firm, waxy texture. The fresh additions such as carrots, chives, mustard and dill enhance their attractiveness in both look and taste. The potato salads are available in various textures.


Pasta Salads: variety is the norm

Penne, Fusilli, Tortellini, Gnocchi, Canneroni or Tortiglietti, we can offer many different pasta salads to suit all occasions. In combination with chicken, tuna, chorizo, vegetables or mushrooms, the pasta salad is indispensable as a quick, economical and suitable component for any buffet, salad bar or as a ready made dish.



Vegetable Salads: from slightly sweet to savoury

Fano Vegetable salads can easily be used as part of your own creations. A tasty vegetable salad is the finishing touch to any meal. The secret of the lovely, fresh taste is in the dressing. Use the longer shelf life of the salads over raw vegetables to your advantage.

Our sandwich fillings are richly filled with recognizable ingredients. They are quick and easy to use on a sandwich or roll or as a party snack. We offer 13 tasty varieties with a long shelf life. In addition, the excellent price/quality ratio of Fano’s sandwich fillings ensures higher returns.



Cream cheeses: fresh 'n soft or fresh 'n spicy

For our cream cheeses, Fano uses fresh mascarpone mixed with yoghurt. The creamy, spreadable cheeses are available in different tastes, from smooth to spicy.



Sauces: constant quality and flexibility of use

Fano's chilled fresh sauces are richly garnished with vegetables such as mushrooms, onions, sweet peppers and ground peanuts (satay sauce). The easily recognizable ingredients give the sauces a crispy, firm bite of a constant quality at any time.



Snacks: ready-to-eat

Ready-to-eat snacks for one are highly suitable for that extra boost during the day. The snacks are available in a cup or on a saucer in various tastes. The easy to use packaging includes a protective lid and spoon.
